1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Forward, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Forward provides email forwarding and routing services for custom domains, including aliases, routing rules, and subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing
Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use Forward for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or other unlawful activity.

6. Usage Limits
Plan limits apply to domains, aliases, and daily forwarding volume. Abusive use may lead to suspension.
7. Domain Verification
You must own or have authorization to use any domain you add. We may require DNS verification.
8. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs data handling. We process emails only for forwarding and do not read or scan content for other purposes.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and security work may require service changes.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or harm the service or other users.
11. Liability
The service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
