Forward provides email forwarding and routing services that allow users to manage email aliases, forward emails to designated addresses, and configure routing rules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying features and limits.

Forward offers Free, Starter, Creator, Pro, and Business plans. Each plan includes specific features, domain limits, and usage quotas as detailed on our pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Each subscription plan includes specific limits on domains, aliases, and daily forwarding volume. "Unlimited" features are subject to fair use policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive or excessive use that impacts Service performance.
You must own or have authorization to use any domain added to your account. We may require DNS verification to confirm domain ownership. Unauthorized use of domains may result in immediate account suspension.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process emails only for the purpose of forwarding and do not read, scan, or use email content for any other purpose. Logs are retained according to your subscription plan's retention period.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Pro and Business plans include Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with uptime guarantees.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Forward and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORWARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Forward harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
