Questions people ask

Plain answers, no marketing gloss.

Do you store email content?

No long-term store. Forward processes messages transiently and keeps metadata-focused logs for troubleshooting.

What logs are stored?

Delivery metadata only, with retention based on plan. Higher plans keep more history for investigations.

Do you support SRS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC?

Yes. SRS is enabled and setup guidance covers SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Can I delete data?

Yes. Domains, aliases, SMTP credentials, API keys, and team members can be removed from the product flows.

Can I export data?

Not self-serve today. If you need an account export, contact support and we will handle the request manually.

What happens during downtime?

Forwarding is real-time. If the relay connection fails, it is retried once on reconnect and any refusal is surfaced in logs.
